New additions have landed on the menu, including the TX Peach Salad, Tuna Tartare, and Hamachi Crudo. Fresh, seasonal flavors, best enjoyed with good company.
Fresh Texas peaches layered with arugula, blistered shish*tos, creamy stracciatella, basil, toasted sunflower seeds, and roasted shallot vinaigrette.
Tuna tartare paired with pickled peaches, cucumber, Mexican mint marigold, tomato vinaigrette, and crisp vinegar chips.
Delicate hamachi dressed with Texas melon, green tomato relish, coconut aji amarillo broth, Thai basil, and tomato vinaigrette.
