After 3 memorable years, we have closed Austin Eastciders Barton Springs. Our original tasting room location, Austin Eastciders Collaboratory will remain open and continue to serve y’all locally in ATX.
Thank you to all our fans and our Austin, TX community- y’all made Barton Springs possible and we’re grateful. This move will give us an opportunity to refocus our energy and efforts into making the best possible cider that our fans have come to love and provide y’all with more access to finding Austin Eastciders wherever you are. Through this we will also be able to invest more in innovation and some exciting small batch flavors for our cider lovers. We’re also committed to delivering the best tasting room experience at The Collaboratory and are eager to continue hosting our fans at our original location in Austin. We’ve got big plans for great events and experiences like live music and flavor launch parties. We will also be working on expanding our seating and food offerings.
Thank you again for supporting us along this journey & we hope to catch y’all soon and share many more memories together over a fresh pint of Eastciders at The Collaboratory. Cheers🍻
