It’s 3 p.m. and here comes the daily quiz:
Did you eat lunch?
What’s for dinner tonight?
If you do not have great answers, Corey’s Kitchen Corner can help with that.
This Sweet & Sour Pork Tenderloin was on last week’s menu, and customers are enjoying it this week. Good food, ready when you need it, and no last-minute dinner scramble.

These two aren’t on the current ordering menu, but we love showing what our meal prep looks like when it hits the fridge: fresh, packed, and ready to make the week easier.

We’re excited to share that Corey’s Kitchen Corner was featured in The Austin Chronicle’s article on Austin’s growing meal prep scene.
This one means a lot to us because it highlights exactly why we do what we do: helping busy Austin families, professionals, students, parents, and anyone trying to eat better without spending their whole week cooking.
At CKC, we keep it simple:
Fresh, ready-to-eat meals
Weekly rotating menus
Bulk protein options
Customizable meals
Pickup and delivery
Real food that fits real life
A huge thank you to our CKC family for continuing to support us, spread the word, and make this little kitchen corner something really special.

Most people don’t think about this until they cook a pound of protein and wonder where the rest of it went.
Cooking changes the weight of proteins and veggies because moisture cooks out. So when you buy one pound raw, you usually do not end up with one pound cooked.
That’s why our bulk proteins and veggies are sold by the finished cooked pound. You’re getting food that is already prepped, cooked, portioned, and ready to work for your week.
No shrink math. No pan to wash. No “wait, that’s all I got?” moment.
Stock up on bulk proteins, sides, veggies, breakfast options, soups, snacks, and add-ons for the week.

This week’s menu is live, and there are some exciting things cooking behind the scenes at CKC.
This week, you may notice the menu is a little leaner than usual, but it is still full of the fresh, ready-to-enjoy meals you know and love. We are keeping things extra streamlined over the next couple of weeks as we prepare for a few big updates.
First, CKC is growing.
Thanks to your continued support, loyalty, referrals, and weekly orders, we are moving into a larger kitchen. We will still be in the same building at our current location, but we have officially outgrown our current kitchen space. That is a very good problem to have, and it is only happening because of our CKC family.
Out of a huge abundance of caution, we have also temporarily removed beef from the menu while we continue to monitor the current situation closely. We fully intend to bring beef back after we return from vacation, pending what we are seeing at that time.
Speaking of vacation, we will be closed the week of July 4th. That means there will be no deliveries or pickups on July 5th or July 6th. We are taking a little time to visit family in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio before jumping into the next chapter.
And one more little teaser: we are also starting to prepare for an eventual rebrand to CKC Meal Prep & Catering.
Same heart. Same care. Same CKC quality. Just a little more room to grow.

Summer has a funny way of turning a normal week into “wait, we have plans every night?”
That’s where Corey’s Kitchen Corner comes in.
This week’s menu has two easy wins for keeping the fridge stocked and the schedule a little less chaotic:
Banh Mi
Fresh, bold, crunchy, and perfect when you want something that feels light but still hits.
Grass Fed Beef Birria Bowl
Rich, hearty, and loaded with the kind of flavor that makes planning ahead feel like a very smart move.
Get your order in before 8am tomorrow and make next week one less thing to figure out between pool days, practices, trips, errands, and all the last-minute summer stuff that magically appears.
