We’ve got your Sunday evening plans sorted: soups, sips and sounds! Join us this Sunday, Oct. 25 at 6 pm at Soup Peddler South Lamar for our very first “Soup Sessions.” In celebration of National Arts & Humanities Month, singer-songwriter Jessica Healey and her band will be playing a concert to benefit ATX Artists for Social Impact . Admission is free with donations going to support free music and dance education for underserved communities through ATX Artists for Social Impact’s incredible outreach programs.
Attendees can enjoy our $7 grilled cheese and tomato soup combo (in addition to our full menu, of course) all night long, snag a copy of our founder David Ansel’s soup cookbook, and purchase a ticket to ATX Artist’s Duke Ellington Nutcracker ballet!

We’re delighted to be partnering this month with ATX Artists for Social Impact! Founded in June 2025, this incredible organization has already invested $50,000 into the Austin art ecosystem. It’s putting on amazing programs like their Duke Ellington Nutcracker Ballet with the Capital Contemporary Ballet — and they just started offering free year-round ballet classes to youth and adults at the George Washington Carver Museum!

This one doesn’t come around very often, so try it while you can! Our Roasted Red Pepper & Gouda soup is rich and velvety, and features yummy roasted peppers and smoked Gouda cheese as the stars of the show. (We also LOVE it as a pasta sauce — pour it over some penne or other pasta of your choice for the tastiest and easiest dinner ever!)
