Welp this is it folks, our final service ever🤧. This past month has gone by so fast. Thank you to everyone that showed up one last time and said your goodbyes. We know that John would’ve been so proud to see the community that he built, come in through the doors one last time. You guys are absolutely the best❤️. Thank you for the last nine years. There was a lot of memories created in this building that will last forever. We’re grateful that we were to operate for nine years. In the restaurant industry that’s no easy feat. We wish there was more we could do to not have to close down, but sadly there isn’t. Be sure to swing by one last time to say goodbye to the restaurant and our staff🥹
Today isn’t going to be a long service. You guys kicked our butts yesterday. For the proteins all we have left in the shop for today is 8 Briskets, 10lbs of Jalapeño sausage, 10lbs of Mild Sausage, and 10 links of Boudin. When it comes to sides there’s only Wasabi Coleslaw left. Please show up early and sell us out quickly. Today is going to be very emotional for the staff, so we apologize in advance if we’re moving slower than usual today. Our doors open at 11am, we’ll see y’all here! “Show up late, lose weight!”

This is it folks, final two days of service🥺. We’ll be cooking off the last of our ribs today, so be sure to swing by if you want some for one last time! We are out of a lot of items and running low on sides. We highly recommend you get here as soon as our doors open at 11am! As John always said ,” Show up late, lose weight!”

With only 3 days of service left, I just wanted to take the time to thank our team. Our team sadly dwindled down big time when we announced that we were closing down. It’s been super stressful and emotional for all of us. I just wanna thank them, because they could’ve easily left as soon as we announced that we were shutting down the doors. Instead they decided to stick it out till the very end. Couldn’t ask for a better bunch of individuals to close it out with ❤️
When you swing by the shop today please be patient and supportive of them. We’ve all been working everyday of service for the past two weeks now. We’re all tired and trying to move as quick as we can so yall don’t have to wait in line for so long.
Also, if you want to get some of our BBQ one last time, please arrive early. This entire week the 1st customer of the day has started making line at 10am! Plus don’t get mad with our staff when we sell out. Some customers have been getting rude with them for us selling out! That isn’t right and not their fault that you didn’t get in line soon enough. As John would always say ,”Show up late, lose weight!”
Lastly, as we stated on the post this past Tuesday. We are not running out of items permanently. Currently we will not have these items anymore going into the weekend. Jerk chicken/ Grilled Cheeses/ Reuben’s/Pfillys/Green Beans/ Baked Potatoes/ French Fries/ Pulled Pork/ Asian Cucumber Salad. The list is only going to grow as we reach our final day of service this SUNDAY! Our doors open at 11am, swing by one last time!

5 days of service left everyone! Be sure to swing on by before we close up permanently. It was super busy yesterday, so show up early! Just a reminder that when it comes to sandwich’s we are out of our Pfillys and Grilled Cheeses! We are also out of Jerk Chicken for the rest of the week. Our doors open at 11am, we’ll see y’all here😉

Welp this is it folks, our final week of service🥺 When we announced that we were going to close at the beginning of the month, it was a sad day at the restaurant. We wish there was a way to be able to keep moving forward, but sadly there isn’t.
Although this month has been tuff for the staff and myself, we just wanted to say Thank you to everyone. Ever since we announced our doors are closing for good, y’all have been coming out strong and showing all your support. There’s only been 2 days this month that we haven’t sold out. It’s made the days go by super fast for us here. For that, we say Thank you🙏🏼
Let’s end our final week off on a high note! We are going to be limited on items and sandwich’s this week. THERE ARE NO GRILLED CHEESES AND PFILLY’s this week. We’re sorry folks, but we’re trying to run through as much product as we can by this Sunday. As the week goes on we’re more and likely going to start running out of ingredients to make our sides. So, if you’ve been craving a certain item we recommend you get here by Thursday! If we run out of item, I promise that we’ll announce on our social media pages, so just be on the lookout for that.
Lastly, if you made it this far into the post lol. Once again from the entire staff and myself, thank you for the past 9 years. The community John was able to build when he was with is stronger than ever❤️ As John use to always say “Let’s do some pimp sh*t” this week! We love you all and hope to see y’all one last time this week! Have a great day everyone!
